Tilbury Douglas had the responsibility of modernising the Prince Charles Hospital, Merthyr Tydfil and making it suitable for the longer-term. This consisted of upgrading and extending the facilities over several phases, which first started on site in 2017, with completion currently planned for June 2026. This was a BIM Level 2 Scheme.

Tilbury Douglas required a professional, efficient and quality service for providing their Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M) at construction handover to their client at the end of each phase. COGNICA collated the documentation against Work Packages and ensured that each document followed the File Naming Convention as contained in the BEP. ​
