Site Specific Instructions (SSIs) are technical documents requested by Water Utility companies to provide detailed guidance on the processes and assets located within either clean water or dirty water treatment site developments. These documents include an inventory of installed assets, standard operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps for resolving common issues. Once completed, the SSI serves as an essential reference for Water utility site operators - offering a clear introduction to site processes and highlighting typical challenges that may arise.
