Summer 2014, is a busy time here’s just a few of the new projects engaging COGNICA’s collation solution to facilitate delivery of the Health and Safety File and O&M Manuals.
Farrans
A new mental health facility on the former Walton Hospital site on Merseyside, the £20.5m project will deliver a two storey main building with adjoining blocks providing 85 accommodation units completing December this year. This is COGNICA’s first project with Farrans, we look forward to building on this new relationship for future projects.
Miller Construction
Construction and fit out a new student accommodation complex at the Bath Spa University site in Bath. The scheme, based on 15 blocks of town houses, will provide around 561 bedrooms. The project started on site in June last year and has a planned completion at the end of August 2014.
