Appointed by JJ Rhatigan, COGNICA were engaged to co-ordinate the collation and delivery of the project hand-over documentation and Home User Guides.
The project, on behalf of Colliers Wood Investments Ltd, started on site in December 2014 and completed in June 2017.
The development consisted of 182 apartments, ground floor retail units and landscaping works.
