COGNICA has recently been awarded the work to produce the Operation and Maintenance Manual / Health and Safety File for the Baltimore Wharf Apartments work on behalf of Galliard Homes. This was awarded along with 5 other schemes, which are Central House, Grove Place, King Edward House, Riverdale House and Royal Gateway, all due to complete between Q4 2015 and Q1 2017. This continues a long running relationship between Galliard Homes and COGNICA.
