39 Victoria Street – Best Overall BIM Project at the RICS BIM4SME Awards 2017.

Willmott Dixon Interiors completed the CAT B fit out of a newly refurbished 11 Storey building for the Department of Health (DoH), procured through Scape Group’s National Framework.

The project was delivered as a design and build contract within the Scape 3 framework. The client’s requirements were to implement BIM Level 2 in accordance with the government mandate.

Engaged by Willmott Dixon Interiors, COGNICA's solution was employed to manage the collation and handover documentation for the project.

COGNICA ensured compliance with the BIM Execution Plan and successfully delivered the O&M Manuals at project completion into the Clients portal. The portal linked to the BIM Model via the appropriate Uniclass codes.
