Matrix, an online portal, is used for the set-up of the structure and collation of the documentation.
COGNICA’s Project Manager works closely with the Galliard project team to review, receive, organise and upload all documents into the required structure.
Customised Galliard project reports are issued regularly by COGNICA, enabling the Galliard project team to have a full insight into the progress of the O&M Manuals.
The final Electronic Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Health & Safety File and Print Ready Files are delivered to Galliard on a removable drive.
